Where yoga meets a little bit of magic and you are invited to show up exactly as you are. This Witchy Unicorn Auntie believes that every body is a yoga body, every breath is a fresh beginning, and sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down, stretch, and let your mojo flow.​​

Yoga is so much more than the asanas.

It is an invitation to find meditation through movement, to align our subtle energy bodies with the rhythm of our breath, and to cultivate presence in every moment. It is the practice of being fully here—moving with intention and discovering stillness, even when the body is at rest.

Teaching the Art of Being Present

After decades of teaching Musical Theatre, Voice, Dance, and Acting, I am now allowing my artistic spirit to create spaces for mindfulness, movement, and connection.

As I continue my journey toward completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, I am already honored to be guiding Flow Mojo classes at Lucky Cat Yoga Studio on Saturday mornings at 8:15 AM. These classes blend intentional movement, breath, and subtle energy practices, inviting students of all levels to connect more deeply with themselves—on and off the mat.
