Please note energy and spiritual work are still working out the self holistically... Therefore please note, that you wouldn't want to jump into a meeting or an evening out straight after a CrossFit Boot Camp, without showering and taking time to let your body adjust. Dedicate this time to you without any immediate pressing engagements to follow. 

 

This is an opening to receive messages and insight on how to provide loving healing light in the present self. I will use my skills as a lightworker to translate and communicate this insight to you however it is by allowing the dust to settle, the information to digest that provides clarity within your own mind, body, and soul of what the healing work you are being guided to be mindfully aware of.
